Scope#
These Terms of Use govern your access to the marketing site at frontlinehq.io and its subdomains used for marketing (e.g. demo.frontlinehq.io). They do not govern your or your organization's use of the FrontLine platform itself; that use is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”) between your organization and FrontLine Software Inc., and the Data Processing Addendum attached to it.
If you disagree with anything below, please stop using the site.
Acceptable use#
You agree not to: probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network connected to the site; bypass access controls or rate limits; scrape the site in a way that interferes with normal operation; impersonate another person or organization when submitting a form; or use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
Reasonable scraping for accessibility tools, search-engine indexing, or one-off research is fine. Industrial-scale scraping is not.
Form submissions#
When you fill in the Early Access form, the calculator share form, or any other form on the site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization you name.
Intellectual property#
All content on frontlinehq.io — including text, screenshots, diagrams, software architecture descriptions, the BPO Margin Calculator model, the Atlas content, and the FrontLine logo and word mark — is owned by FrontLine Software Inc. or used under license. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions, redistribute screenshots without attribution, or use the FrontLine name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
Names of third-party products and companies on this site (competitors, integration partners, etc.) are the trademarks of their respective owners. Use of those names is for identification and comparison only and does not imply affiliation.

The BPO Margin Calculator produces directional estimates based on inputs you provide and assumptions documented in-page. Outputs are not financial advice, not a guarantee, and not a binding offer. Your actual results will differ. We disclose every assumption explicitly so you can decide how much weight to put on the numbers.
Disclaimer of warranties#
The marketing site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontLine Software Inc. disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability of the site.
Nothing on the site forms a contract, a representation, or a warranty about the FrontLine platform itself. Contractual commitments about the platform are made only in the MSA.
Limitation of liability#
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontLine Software Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the marketing site — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on calculator outputs.
Our total cumulative liability arising from your use of the marketing site, for any cause, is capped at one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). This cap does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Indemnification#
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FrontLine Software Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or misuse of the marketing site.
Governing law and venue#
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable in PEI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to submit any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prince Edward Island.
Nothing in this section overrides any mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence.
Changes#
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the change.
Severability and entire agreement#
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FrontLine Software Inc. governing your use of frontlinehq.io. They do not modify or replace the MSA, which governs the platform itself.
