Native CTI integration: call records, screen pop on inbound, agent state sync, supervisor monitoring (silent / whisper / barge), real-time transcript streaming, and an in-app softphone embed. Outbound dialer and campaign manager are sub-modules. Replaces the bolt-on telephony tool nobody quite trusts and the supervisor running between two screens.
