Virtual Receptionist

One AI agent, configured once and deployed across every customer-facing channel. It answers questions grounded strictly in your knowledge base, performs a short list of guarded tasks such as booking an appointment or checking a status, and hands off to a real, scheduled agent for anything it should not attempt. The design choice that makes it work is that the agent is separate from the channel: one reasoning core is defined and governed once, and voice, chat, and ticket are thin transports into it. That is what lets a contact centre configure the agent per client and answer everywhere, without building the hard part three times.
