Business impact
Predictive attrition done well shifts retention spend from blanket interventions (signing bonuses, retention bonuses to the entire floor) to targeted ones (the specific agents whose departure would actually cost the most). Even imprecise predictions add value because the alternative is firing retention dollars at random. The preview labelling protects the operations sponsor from over-promising before the model is ready for the GA decision.
