Lightweight peer-to-peer kudos — an agent sends recognition to a colleague in a category, with a short message. Points feed gamification, recognitions surface on the agent's profile, managers can endorse the standout ones.
/recognition — reverse-chronological tenant kudos feed. Each kudos carries sender, recipient, category badge with emoji, message, points awarded, and inline react / endorse / hide controls. Recipient and sender both earn points via the spec 27A gamification event bus.

For the operator
/recognition — a feed of peer kudos with category, short message, and points. Three sends per agent per day default; tenants can raise the cap up to 10. Manager endorsement adds a comment + bonus points to standout kudos. Recognitions also surface on the agent's profile and roll into a monthly digest email.
