Business impact
Disputed policy receipt — 'I never saw that policy' — is one of the most common employee-side defences in disciplinary action and one of the easiest to neutralize with proper version-bound digital acknowledgement. The cost is one click per policy per employee; the value is removing an entire defence category from the litigation surface.
