Delegated admin (users + agents across accounts and LOBs)
Your account team assigns and unassigns portal users and agent rosters across client accounts and LOBs without an engineering ticket. RLS enforces the boundary at the row level, so misassignment is data-shaped, not access-shaped.

For the operator
Tenant admins open Client Accounts management to create accounts, configure LOBs (channel, language, code), and archive obsolete LOBs. From an employee's detail page they assign that employee to a client account and LOB with role type, effective date, and notes — and unassign without losing the audit trail. The portal user side of the same flow lives on the user record and follows the same MFA + audit path.
Business impact
Most BPOs handle client-onboarding-and-offboarding plumbing with a half-day of engineering for every new client and a manual database tweak when an agent rolls onto a new account. Delegated admin moves that work to the operations team that's already doing the org-design thinking and eliminates the engineering dependency entirely. New-client onboarding compresses from days to hours, and the agent-roll-on/roll-off workflow runs at the speed of business need rather than the speed of a Jira ticket.
