Three pre-built report types across three cadences (daily / weekly / monthly), scoped automatically to the client's accounts and LOBs. Client picks the period from a dropdown, opens any individual report, exports the CSV. The account manager stops being the report-distribution channel.

Business impact

BPO account teams typically spend hours every week rebuilding operations, QA, and staffing reports in PowerPoint or Excel for clients who could read the same data themselves.
