Revenue reporting + client-portal billing

Revenue, aging, disputes, and rate-card reports for finance, plus a client-portal view where each client sees their own invoices and PDFs. The reporting layer over everything billed.

Revenue by client, receivables aging, open disputes, a 12-month trend, and active rate cards in one view.

For the operator

Finance opens the reports tab for revenue by client and LOB (Line of Business: a distinct client program or queue within an operation.), an aging view of outstanding invoices, dispute and rate-card summaries, and a twelve-month trend. Clients log into the portal and see only their own invoices and PDFs, can submit a dispute, and never see another account's data; agent-level lines roll up where the contract requires it. One engine feeds both, so internal and client-facing numbers match by construction.

Business impact

Contact centre finance leaders run on revenue, aging, and dispute visibility, and clients increasingly expect self-service access to their own billing rather than a monthly PDF attachment. Delivering both from one billing engine removes the reconciliation between an internal report and a client export, shortens the cash-collection conversation with an always-current aging view, and makes the provider look like a system of record instead of a finance inbox.
