CSAT-to-QA correlation

Available

CSAT (Customer Satisfaction: a post-interaction score for how satisfied a customer was.)-to-QA (Quality Assurance: the program that scores and reviews agent interactions.) correlation joins each CSAT response to its QA evaluation over the shared interaction reference, then reports CSAT broken out by QA score band. You see at a glance whether the interactions your QA leads score highly actually earn higher customer satisfaction. The linked CSAT score also surfaces directly on the QA evaluation record.

For the operator

A QA lead opens the correlation report and sees CSAT grouped by QA score band, so a band that scores 90+ on the scorecard sits next to the CSAT it actually earned. When you review a single evaluation, the customer's linked CSAT score shows on the record itself, with no second tab or export. Because the join keys on the interaction reference, every pairing traces back to one real call or chat. You can read the report per client and per LOB (Line of Business: a distinct client program or queue within an operation.) to check whether the pattern holds across your book. Access requires both QA-read and CSAT-read permission, so only reviewers cleared for both surfaces see the joined view.

Business impact

For a multi-client BPO (Business Process Outsourcing: a firm that runs contact-centre operations on behalf of other brands.), this proves whether your QA program actually predicts customer satisfaction instead of assuming it does. When a client questions why you invest in QA, you show the score bands and the CSAT they earn, per client and per LOB, rather than defending the program on faith. Coaching gets sharper: if a high QA band is not lifting CSAT, your scorecard or your reviewers may be measuring the wrong things, and you catch it early. The correlation lives inside the same platform that already holds your QA and CSAT data, so there is no separate BI tool or analyst export to pay for. That keeps your quality evidence auditable and tied to the exact interactions your clients care about.
