Completion validation

Available

The system blocks an onboarding from being marked "complete" until required tasks, documents, and policy acks are all in. No more agent on the floor whose I-9 was never signed because someone forgot to check.

For the operator

An onboarding can't be marked complete until all required tasks, documents, and policy acknowledgements are in. The system blocks the transition; the supervisor sees a clear list of what's still outstanding rather than discovering on day one that the new agent's I-9 was never signed.

Business impact

Agents reaching the floor with incomplete onboarding is one of the highest-cost categorical defects in BPO operations — every incident triggers either retroactive paperwork chaos or in some jurisdictions an unauthorized-work compliance event. Completion gates make the defect impossible rather than merely improbable; the exposure goes from 'manage by exception' to 'systemically blocked'.
