For the operator

HR opens a case (verbal warning, written warning, suspension, investigation, hearing) with the right approval chain pre-wired by case type. Managers see only their team's cases unless an investigation flag closes them out. The case lifecycle (draft → open → approved → closed) carries documents, employee acknowledgement, and appeal windows — all auditable, all timeline-friendly. Suspensions automatically post a block in the workforce schedule so nobody is paid for a shift the employee was suspended from.

Business impact

Replaces a parallel HRMS (BambooHR, Workday, spreadsheets) used only for disciplinary records — a fixed monthly line item BPOs typically carry alongside their workforce platform.
