Edit, archive, and revoke articles

Planned

PATCH-update creates a new version row (no destructive overwrite); POST-archive moves articles to a state that filters from agent surfaces while preserving the audit trail. Approval gate sits between draft and publish for regulated content.

For the operator

Editor edits a published article and clicks Save — the system writes a new version row. The previous version stays queryable for diff review. Archive moves the article out of agent view but keeps it findable in the editor surface. Approve is the compliance signoff before publish.

Business impact

Editable knowledge with a permanent audit trail is what makes a KB program sustainable over a multi-year contract. Every quarterly client policy update touches a dozen articles; the system has to make those edits trivial, traceable, and reversible. That's now in place.
