Knowledge-transfer templates
HR defines reusable knowledge-transfer checklists per role and LOB, so a departing agent's institutional knowledge is captured the same way every time.
For the operator
An HR admin authors the templates once. When an agent on the matching role/LOB is offboarded, the KT tasks appear automatically on the offboarding checklist, each assigned to the right recipient. The departing employee's manager works the list instead of improvising it under deadline.
Business impact
