A manager sees turnover trends for their LOB without filing a report request. HR reads the by-reason and by-tenure-band breakdown to spot where attrition concentrates — the week-8 washout, the one LOB that churns.
Business impact
Turnover you can see by tenure band and LOB is turnover you can act on. Surfacing it as aggregates keeps the analytics privacy-safe while still pointing leadership at the expensive patterns.
