One brain, three transports

One channel-independent reasoning core, governed once. Voice, chat, and ticket are thin transports into the same agent, so its answers and its limits stay identical wherever a customer reaches it.

For the operator

You configure the agent once: what it knows, which tools it may use, the ceilings it must respect. The same agent then serves your chat widget, your ticket intake, and a voice line, with no separate build per channel. Change a rule and it changes everywhere at once. A customer who starts on chat and calls back later meets the same agent, not three different ones.

Business impact

You build and govern the expensive part once instead of three times, and every channel inherits the same behaviour and the same guardrails. Adding a channel later is a configuration step, not a fresh project.
