Cross-spec hooks — training, QA, scheduling, recruiting
Four hooks make the skill data load-bearing rather than reporting-only: training-gap trigger, scheduling eligibility guard, QA section auto-link, recruiting skill-match decoration. Each integrates the skill model into a decision the operations team already makes.
For the operator
Each hook surfaces in its host module — training queue shows skill-gap-driven assignments, QA evaluation form auto-links sections to skills, scheduling refuses ineligible assignments with a clear 'agent missing FINRA Series 6' message, recruiting candidate card shows the skill-match coverage. No separate 'integration' screen — the data is in the place the user already works.
Business impact
A skills module that's reporting-only generates compliance documents; a skills module wired into training, QA, scheduling, and recruiting changes operational outcomes. The four hooks are what convert the investment in the taxonomy + eligibility evaluator into a system that closes its own gaps.
