Plan assignment and live progress tracking
Each agent's progress recalculates as modules complete; supervisors and the agent see the same percentage.
For the operator
Assign a plan and the system lays down a completion row for every module in it, so the checklist is ready the moment the agent starts. Progress recalculates on each completion and the status moves itself: not-started to in-progress on the first finished module, in-progress to complete at 100 percent, with no manual bookkeeping. Prerequisites are enforced, so an agent cannot jump to a locked module before its predecessor is done, and supervisor and agent always read the same percentage.
Business impact
Ramp status stops being a spreadsheet a team lead updates by hand and becomes a number everyone trusts. A client asking whether a cohort is ready gets a live answer, prerequisite enforcement keeps regulated training in the required order, and the shared percentage removes the supervisor-versus-agent disagreement that wastes coaching time.
