Mentor and buddy pairings

Planned

Pair new hires with buddies and seasoned agents with mentors; track meetings and graduation outcomes.

For the operator

Pair a new hire with a buddy for their first weeks and a developing agent with a mentor for longer-arc growth, then track the relationship: meetings held, topics covered, and how the mentee graduates out. Peer coaching from these pairings is tracked separately from the formal supervisor cadence, so a buddy's help is never mistaken for a manager's required session. Supervisors see who is mentoring whom and which pairings are actually meeting.

Business impact

Peer support is one of the cheapest levers on early attrition, but it is usually invisible and therefore unmanaged. Making mentor and buddy pairings first-class, with meeting and graduation tracking, lets an operator run the program deliberately, reward the seasoned agents who carry it, and show a client that new hires are supported well beyond the classroom.
