When an HR partner builds a Performance Improvement Plan and lists the training that should support it, those assignments are created for the agent automatically. The manager does not re-enter the same courses on a second screen, and the link is kept, so the plan and the training that backs it stay connected. Progress on those assignments reads back against the plan rather than floating as unrelated coursework.

A PIP is a document a client or a labour board may scrutinize, and support that was promised but never set up is exactly the gap that sinks one.
