Everyone works the loop from where they already are. Training leads run plans and modules under /training, coaches run sessions and action items under /coaching, supervisors see an agent's assignments on the employee Training tab, and QA evaluators launch a coaching session straight from the evaluation they just scored. No tab-hopping between disconnected tools and no copy-pasting an agent name across systems.
Business impact
The hand-offs that usually leak (QA to coaching, coaching to training) happen inside one product, so a finding does not die in someone's inbox. Putting each role's view where they already work cuts the adoption friction that decides whether a coaching program actually runs or quietly lapses after rollout.
