Today: API only. Trainers script roster creation and attendance updates via the API; backend logic flips module completions and parent plan progress correctly. Web UI surfaces (list, create, roster) tracked separately and rolling out next.
Business impact
Classroom training stops being a whiteboard + spreadsheet exercise. Attendance flowing back to the plan is the missing link between 'we ran the session' and 'the agent's plan reflects it.' Backend is the foundation; the Web UI ships next.
