Trainers configure templates per client/LOB (Line of Business: a distinct client program or queue within an operation.) in the templates tab. Set audience scope (client + LOB + start-date window) and the plan to assign. New hires from onboarding land on the right plan automatically — no manual enrolment lift, no chase emails.
Business impact
At 200 hires/year, 2-3 productive days reclaimed per hire = 400-600 days back — roughly an FTE (Full-Time Equivalent: a unit of staffing equal to one full-time agent, used to size headcount independent of shift length.) of capacity recovered without changing your training headcount. The handoff between onboarding and training is the largest hidden time tax in multi-client ramps; this retires it.
