Trainers configure templates per client/LOB in the templates tab. Set audience scope (client + LOB + start-date window) and the plan to assign. New hires from onboarding land on the right plan automatically — no manual enrolment lift, no chase emails.

Business impact

At 200 hires/year, 2-3 productive days reclaimed per hire = 400-600 days back — roughly an FTE of capacity recovered without changing your training headcount. The handoff between onboarding and training is the largest hidden time tax in multi-client ramps; this retires it.
