Once an agent has enough evaluated interactions behind them, the analytics tie training to outcomes: which modules actually moved proficiency, which coaching sessions changed behaviour, and where the invested time paid off. Training leads see the lift module by module instead of guessing, and can retire content that does not earn its place. It leans on accumulated QA history, so it turns on for an agent once there is a real signal to measure rather than noise.

Business impact

Training is a large, mostly unmeasured cost in a BPO, and having trained someone is not the same as it having worked. Tying module and coaching spend to measured proficiency lift, rolled up per LOB, lets an operator defend the training budget to a client, cut the content that does not earn its seat-time, and steer coaching hours toward what actually moves AHT and quality.
